We’re customer obsessed, and avoid chasing shiny ideas by tying every roadmap decision to real customer commitment.
- We have thousands of internal docs that track nearly every decision since day one, and anyone can read, comment on, or challenge them.
- We set monthly goals and review them weekly, alongside sprint planning, sprint reviews, sales/post-sales recaps, recruiting updates, and team demos.
- Our KPI sheets and business metrics are open to the whole team, so anyone can see how we’re performing in real time.
- When we make a mistake or learn something new, we talk about it openly — sharing the tradeoffs and lessons learned with the broader team.
